Compensation: Starting at $20/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible shifts (4 or 8 hours)

Early Growers is a nature-based, whole-child focused preschool rooted in play, exploration, and community. We're seeking passionate, committed Early Childhood Teachers who are excited to co-create a nurturing, enriching space for children ages 3–5. Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily activities

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children

Monitor and document each child’s growth, behavior, and developmental progress

Maintain daily notes and profiles through our classroom management software
-
Communicate consistently and compassionately with parents and caregivers
-
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support a positive, respectful work culture
-
Participate in meal preparation, serving, and cleanup as part of our whole-food program
Conditions of Employment

Must pass a background check and eligibility verification

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

or equivalent experience and certification

Minimum 3 years of experience in childcare required
